scribo-documentsource-xwiki-plaintext-xwikicomponent depends on xwiki-annotation-utils that is not a module of the toplevel pom.xml

When building scribo from scratch the scribo-documentsource-xwiki-plaintext-xwikicomponent has a dependency on xwiki-annotation-utils. However wiki-annotation-utils is built separately as a module of the scribo-xwiki-integration-parent project.

So the build of the scribo project fails if the scribo-xwiki-integration-parent is not built first.
