Sporadic failure to load (homepage and list of APIs)

Sometimes (not clear when), the homepage of the application as well as the list on the right don't load when accessing the ScriptingDocumentation.WebHome page.

The page is empty as well as the list of APIs on the right and the application is unusable.

This happens on all browsers, it doesn't seem to be something specific to a browser.

A forced refresh (Ctrl + F5) fixes it sometimes while other times, regardless of what I try I cannot manage to get it working.

Just in case it's relevant, It feels like this happens more and more on recent versions of XWiki (12+ish), while on a 9.11.x it works every time I try it.
At some point it happened so much that I thought the extension was not working at all on recent versions, but now I have it working on a 14.4.2 .
