Allow inline editing of the macro content

I'd like to update the macro so that the contents / message of the macro can be edited in-line in the WYSIWYG Editor.

That is easily done by using the wikimacrocontent helper, but requires XWiki 11.4 or higher. As 13.x is now the LTS, I think it should be no problem to update the dependency.
