Unchanged documents committed in formatted XML are sometimes seen as being changed

This happen because the comparison is made using a trimmed value from the SVN server, and a not trimmed XML document. The formatted XML is ended with a end of line, that is perfectly appropriate. To fix the wrong display, we need to trim the document XML during comparison.
