Make the Saved List of pages work by default in SVN Application

The SVN Application contains a feature to manually list a list of pages and commit that list of pages only. This list needs a class from the multipage export application in order to work, and this application is not a dependency of the SVN application. Also, there is no nice UI to configure this list.
We should improve the way this list is usable in the default application, because it's a very handy feature for committing individual pages from very large spaces (e.g. an XWiki space with lots of users and groups).
