Mark as hidden newly created Statuses and Priorities

    Description

      When creating new Status or Priority from Administration's 'Task Manager' section, they appear as normal pages in TaskManager space.

      We should mark them as hidden and let just Administrator see them inside the administration's dedicated livetables
