Cannot add other Reporter

Tested on a local instance on XE 7.4.2

1. Login with Admin
2. Create a new task.
3. In edit mode, delete Admin Reporter.
4. Save the task.
5. Open it again in Edit mode.

Actual result:

• You will not see any more the field used for adding a reporter.
• If you delete your actual user, you cannot add any more other reporter.

Expected result:

• I expect to be able to insert again the reporter.
