Allow to show tasks from sub-spaces on kanban board, too

The kanban macro has a space parameter, but this only displays task pages from the given space, not from subspaces.

It would be nice to add a boolean option to extend the search to sub-spaces, or introduce an alternative location parameter, like for the documents macro.
