"Run Test" and "Run and Next" buttons are not fully visible in "Run Test" window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on Test Reporting from Applications Pannel
2. Create a test
3. From "Action" column click on Run Test link

Expected results:

"Run Test" and "Run and Next" buttons are fully visible in "Run Test" window.

Actual results:

"Run Test" and "Run and Next" buttons are not fully visible in "Run Test" window.
