Replace deprecated Velocity APIs that fill the logs with deprecation warnings

Problem

Using the application fills the server logs with Velocity deprecation warnings, one per call and per rendered row, e.g.:

On a few page views of the home page, test spaces and tests, they made up about 35% of the log (685 of 1,964 lines). Most of them (474) come from $doc.name in the titles of the sheets, which are evaluated for every LiveTable row.

Deprecated calls to replace

• $doc.name → $doc.documentReference.name: titles of QA.AppSheet, QA.BrowserSheet, QA.DatabaseSheet, QA.PlatformSheet, QA.ProductSheet, QA.TestSheet, QA.TestSpaceWebHomeTemplate, QA.ExecutionAddSheet (title and content); $testDocument.getName() in QA.LiveTableResultsFullDetailed
• $context.action → $xcontext.action: QA.TestSheet
• $sorttool.sort(...) → $collectiontool.sort(...): QA.LiveTableResults, QA.StatisticsPanel
• $collectionstool.getSet() / getOrderedSet() → $collectiontool.set / $collectiontool.orderedSet: QA.LiveTableResults
• $mathtool.toInteger → $numbertool.toNumber.intValue() (null-safe): QA.LiveTableResultsFullDetailed, QA.FixAppValue
• $xwiki.searchDocuments(...) → $services.query.hql(...): QA.Management, QA.FixAppValue, QA.StatisticsPanel
