Allow the user to dismiss a tour

    Description

      We need to allow the user to dismiss the tour.
      Some user find tour annoying and might not want to follow them the first time they use an application.
      But if they change their mind, there should be a possibility to find the available tour and replay them. (Maybe the Tours could have a Homepage that list the Tour by category / application, displaying also a Status: if the tour has been seen or not (see TOUR-6), and options to Replay them).
