main wiki links are not normalized inside a subwiki

    Description

      Edit an article inside a sub wiki an put following inside:

      https://DOMAIN/bin/view/XWiki/XWikiAllGroup

      That should be normalized to

      xwiki:XWiki.XWikiAllGroup

      but is

      [[https:~~/~~/DOMAIN/bin/view/XWiki/XWikiAllGroup>>https://wiki.ndr.mobi/bin/view/XWiki/XWikiAllGroup]]

      Extension is installed in sub wiki only.

      We use XWiki 13.10.6.
