Integrate Realtime Collaborative Editing in syntax highlighting editor.

It would be wonderful to be able to collaborate in realtime on a piece of code while using the syntax highlighting editor, and if we determine that we should simply use highlighted text editing in the wiki editor always, it would be nice to not lose access to the realtime collaborative abilities of the Wiki editor.
