Syntax highlighting should be enabled on dynamically added elements

Syntax highlighting is only enabled on the original DOM loaded, but it never listen on the xwiki:dom:updated event that might occur to inform about a newly added element. Listening on those events in the object editor is mandatory since we are loading lazily the xobjects since XWiki 13.1RC1.
