Error when clicking on the "Link" image into RT editor / Real-time link plugin

I'm working at the "link plugin" on (wysiwyg branch) in real-time version, but I do have some problems.
What I did:
1) Added the normal "link" plugin into the WYSIWYG editor config and hit "Save"
2) Opened an empty document with RT WYSIWYG editor: the link plugin is loaded and the image link is displayed
3) Click on the link menu and select one of its entries like "Web page". (it behaves for all the same)
4) I was expecting to see the "Wizard" pop-up, but nothing is happening!
