    Description

      Add the default "system" applications to new workspaces.

      More precisely, it involves the Application Manager application and/or maybe the Extension Manager application for allowing workspace admins to manage their local applications.

      Note: We should make sure that the WikiManager application does not allow deeper creation of subWikis so that, if it is installed by a workspace admin, it must not be able to function. As an alternative, we could have a blacklist of applications that are allowed to be installed/uninstalled by workspace admins.
