Create a build system that uses artifacts from XWiki's trunk instead of using a fork

Currently the build for the realtime editor uses a fork of XWiki core and web because it needs modifications to some of the files in those modules.

It would be nice to provide a build system that uses the artifacts from Xwiki trunk and patches (by replacing or by overlaying) the artifacts that need to be modified.
