Users can join public workspaces

Users should be able to join a public workspace by clicking the join button of a workspace from its Dashboard or from the Workspace Directory.

Technically, this involves allowing any user to edit the workspace's group page. Since, because of rights issues, any user can not do that, we need a way (plugin?) to edit the workspace's group page without using the current user's rights (sudo-like).
