Improved user directory for searching users

    Description

      The current user directory should be improved in order to allow searches that take into account also different attributes of the user profile (e.g., interests, skills, etc.) These attributes are the ones defined in the extended user profiles (see http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/WIKITHREEDOTO-33)
