Threaded Annotations

An annotation should not only be a content editing tool, but also a content commenting/brainstorming tool.

Users should be able to reply to an annotation and comment/discuss in context. This does not overlap with the comment feature because the page comments are not contextualized.

Technically, it could be done adding a replyTo field to the base Annotation class, just like XWikiComment has. Reply annotations should always preserve the selection and context fields, so that they are not left orphaned when the parent annotation is deleted.
