Overriden template is not read correctly first time - XAR packaging

Build and deploy the Wiki30 project
Import the wiki30-distribution-xar file.
When importing first time the XAR, the overriden editwysiwygnew.vm file (found in wiki30/wiki30-realtime/rt-application/src/main/template-overrides/editrt.vm) is NOT loaded.
This is packaged into the XAR file, in the RtSkin file.
Second time, I uploaded the same XAR, but imported just the XWiki/RtSkin file.
This time the overriden editwysiwygnew.vm file is properly loaded.
