To add a global user in a local group, the suggested users are local ones

In a URL path based xwiki farm (v2.3.2), the Group administration application does not work as needed.
If you manage an instance wiki and you want to add a global user, you first select Global in the listbox, then you type in the user name (in a form like XWiki.jones) and finally you click on the Add button. But the added entry is a local XWiki.jones instead of the xwiki:XWiki.jones global user.

In fact, you have to type in directly "xwiki:XWiki.jones" (whatever the value Local or Global of the listbox) to add a global user in the group.
