When left panel and right panel are both active, checkboxes are misplaced

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      -Login as admin
      -Go to admin app -> Panels, enable both left and right panels, add some panels.
      -Go to admin app -> Registration

      You will see checkboxes are improperly aligned to the input fields.

      This happens at a 1280*960 (4:3) resolution.
