ResetPassword and ForgotUsername don't work for Guests when the XWiki space is protected from view

XWiki Enterprise 1.8.4

• Deny the view right to XWiki.XWikiGuest on the XWiki space
• Allow the view right to XWiki.XWikiGuest on the XWiki.ForgotUsername & XWiki.ResetPassword pages
• The reet password and forgot username features work for logged-in users but not for guests

This means that for a private wiki those features can't be used.
