In "Administration" -> "Users" closing the "Add new user" pop-up causes the page to refresh

Steps to follow to reproduce:

• Go to "Administration" -> "Users"
• Click "Add new user"
• Click "Cancel"
• Click "Add new user" again
• Click "X"

Result: While when you click "Cancel" the page does not refresh, when you click "X" the page refreshes.
