In "Administration > User > Add new user" notify the user when the passwords he types in don't match

    Description

      Steps to follow to reproduce:

      • Hover over "XWiki"; Click on "Administer Wiki"
      • Click on "Users"
      • Click "Add new user"
      • Fill in the first name, last name and login ID, fill in the first password; fill in a different password in the Repeat field
      • Click "Save"

      Result: Nothing happens; No new user is added.

      The user should be notified that the passwords he typed in did not match.
