Can't access the annotations tab by adding "#Annotations" in the page URL

Steps to follow to reproduce:

• Create a new page
• Try accessing the annotations tab by adding "#Annotations" in the URL after the page name (e.g. /xwiki/bin/view/Main/NewPage#Annotations )

Result: The "Comments" tab is displayed instead
