Use the {{include }} macro in the annotations scripts instead of the wrong #includeTopic macro

The annotation application scripts should be refactored to use the include macro to include the annotations macros documents instead of the wrong #includeTopic.
#includeTopic is rendering the content of the included page in its own context as per http://code.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Macros/IncludeTopicMacro but, because of bug XWIKI-5278 it was working fine in xwiki 2.0 syntax.
