Displaying blog-specific panels on the left of the screen in the Blog space

    Description

      It would be nice to have blog-specific panels displayed somewhere in the default XE.

      The patch I've provided adds blog-specific panels (categories, archive, unpublished panels) in the left column and displays the left column in the blog space.
