Blog Category Name with Apostrophe crashes Blog Category function

If you create a blog category whose name has an apostrophe, you will never be able to display category panels, the Blog/Category page, or manage the categories. In short, you're hosed.

I can't figure out a way to manually remove this category either to return functionality to XWiki.
