Description
The usage would be:
{{diagram reference="Path.To.Diagram.Page" /}}
The reference parameter should be optional, with a fallback on a predefined sub-page (e.g. CurrentPage.Diagram). The macro should display a Create button if the diagram page doesn't exist, and an Edit button if the diagram page exists and the current user has the right to edit the diagram.
