Editing a diagram without using full screen cause a visual shift of edited shapes

Reopen an existing diagram, and without extending to full screen editing, try to move a shape. It will shift to the left a few pixel even if you don't move it, and if you save, the shape alignement does not look like during editing.
Using full screen editing does not have that issue.
