External image added into a topic isn't displayed on forum page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a forum
2. Create a topic and include an external image into it

If you access the topic, the image will be displayed, but if you are on forum page, it won't.

This is happening only if you're including an external image. If you're attaching a local image, it will be displayed both on topic and forum's page.
