Remove standard's overrides

    Description

      In Forum there are some styling that overrides the skin standard, like custom links color, button color, padding, etc.
      We should remove this overrides. If someone wants to provide a special styling can always create a ColorTheme and apply it on the Forum's spaces.

      The work has been started in XAFORUM-64.

      Some overwrites that need removal are:

      • XAFORUM-139 -.permalinkBox .xdialog-box-
      • Investigating a bit the 'Colors Index' zone and removing entries that are not there anymore
      • Investigating ' 0200 | GENERAL STYLES' zone, especially the XWiki Styles
