The Permalink button doesn't work for Comments

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to a topic that has at least one comment
2. Click on the Permalink button for a comment
3. Click on "Go to Permalink"

You'll be redirected to the Forum WebHome; for ex. http://localhost:9090/xwiki/bin/view/Forums_da/WebHome#xwikicomment_TopicAnswer_1
If you replace WebHome with Topic and manually enter the address you get the good link; for ex. http://localhost:9090/xwiki/bin/view/Forums_da/Topic#xwikicomment_TopicAnswer_1
I should mention that the Permalink works for the answer of a topic.
