Fix $services.icon.render when installing on XWiki 5.4.6

$services.icon, http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Icon+Theme+Application, is available starting with 6.2M1.

For compatibility reasons we should check if the service is available.
