Sorting on 'All topics' has an influence of 'Most Active Topics' panel, but the panel's sort arrow is not updated

• Open a Forum
• Play with the "Sort Topics" option
• You will notice that the entries from 'Most Active Topic' are changing order, but the arrow remains set on the 'Dates' option

In order to fix this, we should either:

• If we change the Topics sort to 'Comments', update also the arrow in the panel for the 'Comments'
• Or don't let the 'All Topics' sort influence the Panel's sort
