Broken forum listed when you don't have view right on it

To reproduce:

• create a new forum
• create e topic for it
• give all rights only to you to that new forum space
• login with another user

-> the forum is kind of listed on home page but you just see velocity variables
-> instead of the topic title from the Most Active Topics Panel is also a velocity variable

They should not even be listed at all IMO.
