Create a Recent macro to display the N most recent discussions

We would need a panel that display the Recent Active / Created topics from the Forum App.
The list can include top 5 elements, based on last edit date. Display can be done in a gadget (macro).

If no entries are added, we can have a new entry link. See the recent Macros for other details
