Migrate Forum Application for Nested Spaces

In current Forum Application hierarchy is based on parent-child relationship. After switching to NS version we need migration to set the correct hierarchy(e.g.: Forums/MyForum/MyTopic/MyAnswer).

• keep in mind the URLs (preserve existing bookmarks by using the redirecs)
• make sure that the rights are well preserved
