Voting on a topic doesn't refresh the counter

    Description

      You need to have a page refresh in order to see the new counter.

      Also you have a vote/per user, this means that if you voted a topic, you cannot vote again. This is not marked accordingly in the UI and the user thinks he can vote again, although this will not have any effect.
      A solution is after you voted a topic, the voting area to remain selected.
