The livetable from the Panel 'Most active topics' isn't working properly

Preconditions: Have the Forum App installed with Extension Manager.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a forum e.g. ForumTest
2. Add at least 2 topic
3. In one of the topics created add an Answer
4. In that Answer add some comments e.g. 4-5
5. Observe the results in the Most Active Topics live table
6. Go back to the newly created forum (ForumTest)
7. Observe the results in the Most Active Topics live table
8. Vote for a Topic e.g. Topic 1
9. Refresh the page
10. Observe the results in the Most Active Topics live table

Expected results: the livetable should count the comments for each topic in the Most Active Topics panel.

Actual results: In step 5 the panel shows the same number of comments to all of the topics even if only topic 1 has an answer and comments. In step 7 there is no count in the panel. In step 10, after you liked a topic and refreshed the page you will get the counts wrong again.

Note: For step 9 - should improve the panel to show the counts automatically without the refresh of the page.
