Warnings when deleting a Topic

    Description

      • Go to a Forum
      • Go to a Topic
      • Press the .topic-delete icon
      • A modal saying 'Delete topic?' will appear - press Yes
      • You will be redirected to Actions page, see actions.png saying "Could not send mail to notify about deleting the answer."
        A. Going back from browser and doing again the delete - will say "Answer not found."
        B. Going back from browser and refreshing the page you will see that actually the topic has been deleted.
