Hide .rating-stars for Forum app

    Description

      Ratings app is used on Forum for the 'Vote' functionality.
      The main difference between Ratings and Vote is that one is using a 5points step, while the other needs a 1point step.

      In the image ratings.png, from a Ratings point of view the Topic is doing very bad (1/5 stars) while from a Vote point of view the Topic is doing ok (already has a vote) .

      Since this can cause confusion and doesn't add any kind of benefit to the end-user, the ratings stars should be hidden/removed and kept only from their technical point of view, until we do XAFORUM-51
