    Description

      Because the functionality is represented through iconography and no labels are used, at least we could provide some tooltips for:

      Topics View (see topics.png):

      • Total topics (represented by megaphone)

      Individual Topic View (see buttons.png):

      • Flag (represented by a flag)
      • Permalink (represented by a link)
