Forum Application requires EDIT right to put comments instead of COMMENT right

It's a pity, but Forum Application has very interesting requirement to work: it needs EDIT rights to put comments. It makes it almost useless for the public wikis ;(

Would be nice to have it dependable on COMMENT right, but not on the EDIT right
