Huge document history due to hazardous saving

The document history of a meeting gets very huge very quickly.
I managed to get to 79 versions with just a couple of refreshes.
This issue is caused by saving the meeting a couple of times each time it is viewed which does not make sense (the saves are mostly regarding the duration of the meeting).

Steps to reproduce:
1. make new meeting
2. save & view
3. refresh a couple of times
4. useless document versions in history
