Move code pages in a dedicated space

The code of the application is located in the same location than the data. It means that users can accidentally access to code pages and even destroy them.

The best practice is to put the code in a "MeetingCode" space (or Meeting/Code space, but it requires Nested Space to work, so a more recent XWiki...)
