Use the entry name for the 'Title' field

Right now if I create a new entry in the application I need to duplicate what I write as name:

• first in the 'Entry name:' modal and
• second in the 'Title' field.

Solution: Title field could duplicate the text entered as entry name or remove the title and use just the name.
