Implement the redesign proposal available at http://design.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Proposal/MeetingApplicationDesignII.
Use Flamingo's (http://design.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Improvements/Skin4x) markup style and CSS while accounting for backwards compatibility with Colibri.
